Leucorrhoea
Leucorrhoea(white discharge), vaginal discharge is a universal problem of women.
It is known as SWET PRADAR in Hindi language.
There are two types of vaginal discharge- physiological and pathological.
Physiological discharge is normal and it may occur due to excitement or some
other factor like nervousness or after delivery of a baby due to maternal estrogen,
or in a girl during puberty due hormonal changes, or at the time of ovulation or
during sexual intercourse. White discharge due to these factors is a normal condition
and it doesn’t need treatment.
But in Pathological white discharge treatment is must. This disease is
common among the women who don’t get proper nutrition and who don’t clean vagina.
It can also be due to the inflammation of the womb following childbirth and displacement
of the uterus, Gonorrhoea is also a reason of leucorrhoea. Infection and lack of cleanliness
is also reason of this disease.
Symptoms:- The discharge is often white. Flow may stiffen the linen
or simply leave back a trace of white powder or scales. Mostly discharge
emanates from the uterine cavity or vagina. In catarrhal or idiopathic variety
of leucorrhoea the discharge is in mild and liquid form. The discharge from the
uterus is often from uterine cavity.
In most cases there remains weekness and pain in the lumbar region and the calves.
There may be itching in vaginal part and burning in urination.Most of the women suffer
from constipation also.In complicated and old cases black spots below the eyes are also seen.
Treatment: - Ayurveda provides its sure and successful remedy. We have found
that all types of leucorrhoea are curable with Ayurvedic medicines. Complicated and
old cases may take some time for getting fully cured.
Cost of treatment: - Cost of 1 month treatment may vary upon the condition
of disease, but it may be between Rest 880/= and 1650/= and generally 1 to 3 months
